I been trying for 5 days and counting to cancel the subscription. I received 1 email requesting additional information which I provided.

I keep emailing every day and no response. I needed a dvd for a memorial service. This product doesn't work with FireFox. Had issues getting it to save until I deleted FireFox and installed Chrome.

I emailed them about the FireFox issue so they could add it to their troubleshooting list. I wonder how many other people have issues with this company. Thought they would be ok since they had an address in Virginia. Wish they had a phone number.

Now I'll have to spend time fighting with the credit card compnay. At this point, I say avoid them!!!!

I liked: Dvd, Loved the product when it worked.

I didn't like: Customer service and billing practices, Customer service is zero.

I am not able to log in and cancel my account. No email response, no phone. But company is alive because they are taking money out of my account.

I have the same problem. Impossible to cancel. They charge my card every year.
