Smilebox - I cancelled this account two years ago and am still being charged
First of all they no longer have a number you can contact them with directly. You have to email them and there is no guarantee that they will respond.
I was living abroad and before I left I cancelled this service. But they continued to charge my account for the last two years while I was gone. As soon as I found this out I canceled via email but they never honored this request. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
Their products are not worth the headache. I am out hundreds of dollars due to their incompetence.
I had to cancel my bank account just to stop them from automatically debiting this payment. What a pain.
Monetary Loss: $240.
