I give up!! They want me to upgrade my Internet Explorer!
No normal computer user could possibily figure out this "connectivity issue." May check with the Better Business Bureau. No one has given the help I need. My husband and I both have been trying to fix this for a month..the same person (east Indian, I believe) keeps sending the same generic instructions for what to do. I respond "As I've said, these instructions don't help...what do I do now?" She sends the same generic instructions and we go around and around.
There is NO SERVICE!
Does anyone know of another "on line" site like Smilebox that I could subscribe to? Think I'll give this one up...it's impossible!
