SmileBox does not answer. It says number is out of order. I need to get my account credited because I did not sign up for smile box. My account is now overdrawn. Cheryl Winter

According to the Smilebox support section, you can cancel your paid subscription by following these steps:
  • log in to your Smilebox account;
  • go to Settings;
  • click Cancel Subscription on the My Plan;
  • confirm your choice to cancel the subscription and stop the auto-renewal;
  • you should see a notification of the date your subscription will end.

If you want to get a refund, please submit a request at support.smilebox.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. You will need to provide the following details:
  • email address used to create your Smilebox account;
  • full name on the credit card;
  • date and amount of the last charge.

Smilebox should review your request and get back to you with details.

I've made the cover I want, but it has a play arrow right in the middle of it - I just want the photo with no arrow. How do I get rid of the arrow?

According to the Smilebox refund and renewal policy, Smilebox does not provide refunds for subscriptions, taxes, or bank fees, including unused or partially used subscription periods. The company terms of payment are stated in their Terms of Service, which you agree to, upon setting up a Smilebox account.
If you believe that you were incorrectly charged, you should submit your request with full details on the company website.
If you want to cancel your subscription, please follow the steps below:
  • Go to your Account Settings by clicking on your personal icon on the top right-hand corner of the homepage.
  • Click Cancel Subscription under the Account Settings.
  • Confirm the cancellation.
  • If you have successfully cancelled, a notification will appear at the top of your screen.
  • Click Ok, Thanks.

Please note that subscriptions are billed on an auto-renew basis unless you cancel before the renewal date.

I need a refund. They took $139 from my bank and I wasn’t trying to sign up for a subscription.

I was trying to sign up for making a custom invite for $11.49 and it took $139.00 from my bank account. I didn’t use this site or sign up for that type of subscription so I want a total refund immediately.
