I have just finished a long run of collages and the results were fantastic! Every collage opened instantly and zipped through the stages quickly and proficiently.

The download button was instant and each collage was finished well. I have thoroughly enjoyed using Smilebox and I am so pleased it all went well

I use Smilebox to journal my travel/trips. I had spent many hours creating a slideshow with over 100 pictures and text and uploaded music.

I save the Creation but next day when I went back in to share it, ALL THE PICTURES WERE GONE! Olha and Maria saved me!!!

They responded quickly and were able to restore my creation and identify what caused the problem.

And this was not the only time!

They have come through for me when I thought all was lost. I truly appreciate all the help they've given me.

Ive been a Smilebox subscriber for more years than I can count, and Ive always loved the product. Recently, I had a question and a small issue with my account.

In any query I have had with Smilebox, it has been dealt with promptly and with courtesy. I can fully recommend knowing the support is there.

The support team is fabulous! they replied within an hour with a perfect solution to my problem.

If you have questions, just send an email. Don't waste time trying to find a solution yourself!

If I ever have a glitch in trying to use Smilebox, the customer service people get back to me immediately, and almost always solve the problem right away.

I was having difficulty with a slide program. Maria & Olha worked with me multiple days on it.

While I was initially disappointed not to have phone support, they were tireless with online help. Much appreciated.

I did not receive a reminder email for the subscription auto-renewal, and they refunded me in full. The service was top notch.

I was having a very hard time tryhing to make a Smilebox...Maria and Olha did everything possible to help me...I was trying my hardest to make a Smilebox for my dear husband's 92nd Birthdayh.

Maria and Olha kept sending me suggestions how I could resolve this problem.

It all worked out great in the end.

After I purchased my year subscription I had a few questions about a slideshow I was doing and they were so prompt to help me. They make everything simple and are just so responsive. Customer service is amazing and that can be hard to come by today.

10 year ago, my son was borned, the pictures and videos of that day were shared to me using Smilebox.

I had never saved this photos as I relied on the idea that they were always going to ge in the "cloud"

last week, few of my son's classmates started to share their photos and obviously, y went to the link. unforttunatelly, Link fail in time, i could not reach these memories.

I contacted the Smilebox support asking for a long hot, and you know, they were able to source this photos in thei archive.

GRAT custome support as i'm not even a customer.

I have been using smile box for around 20 years and have loved the creations I have made.

If ever I was in trouble support staff were prompt to answer questions and give the help needed.

I wasnt able to add photos to a creation and Maria advised me that I was using the wrong template and solved my issue. I wish you still kept the names of recipients on creations, like you used to years ago.

I still like the earlier version better. Also dont like being unable to talk to a person

An old account was set to auto-renew. Maria (my rep) found the problem and immediately took action to reverse the charges.

Also worth noting, that the customer service phone number was super easy to locate on the website (that is a rare and special treat).

Customer service helped me cancel my account fast and easy. Thank you for your time and effort looking for my account, finding it and cancelling my account.
