No notification of charge and have not used Smilebox for yea

My charge card was charged by Smilebox for $47.88 and I had no prior notification about this. I called the number on the charge and there was only a recording saying to leave an email address, which I did. Have not seen an email from Smilebox at all and have not used Smilebox for years.

This just happened to me too. Sent an email. I will contact Better Business Bureau if nothing is done. Grrr! Same with me,....no account to be found, but they found my money!!
