Effective July 28 when I tried to log into my Smilebox, which I have paid $50 membership fee fo. I continually got a message error that said to follow instructions for error message #7759.
I followed these instructions and I still cannot get my Smilebox to work. What do I do? I use Smilebox for my business and I am making a video for my son's club basketball program and it is important I get my Smileboxes out on time.
All I need to do is get an answer and add a song. I really need to get this resolved.
